Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

  • In-Stock items: We try our best to get all in stock items on their way within 2 business days from the date order was placed.
  • Larger Palletized Freight (ie. Bumpers, Sliders, Wheels, Full Suspension Kits etc.) require additional time, please allow 3-7 business days for process and handling time.
  • Shock assemblies may take up to 7 days depending on our shop workload, please contact our sales staff to get the most updated lead time.

 

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent out to you with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment with estimated delivery date.

 

We always require signature upon delivery on all of our items being shipped out as this protects our customers products from any theft that may occur if left at designated locations. If you or someone on your behalf cannot not present upon receipt, you can request to be delivered without signature via email to info@overlandoutfitters.ca stating “you are giving authorization to have the package delivered without signature and take full responsibility for any loss/damage of item.” but must be emailed immediately after you have made your Order.

 

In-Store Pickup:

 An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up.

  • Orders can be picked up during store hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • If you are not able to pick up yourself and require someone to pick up on your behalf, you must email us at info@overlandoutfitters.ca with authorization and name of person(s) picking up for you.

 

Canada-Wide Shipping:

 

  • Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout
  • Please note that due to the large variation in size, weight, shape of the product and the size of our country, not all shipping prices will be accurate. 
  • If you have paid for shipping and our shipping cost ends up being substantially lower, we will issue a refund and notify you via email. 
  • In some cases where our website calculates shipping to low, we may contact you with some other options or request additional payment. 
  • Other cases you may end up with a shipping option for $300 + tax as a “backup rate”. Which usually means the system could not calculate proper shipping due to size and weight of the item(s). In these cases we may be able to ship these items via freight, which the backup rate may cover. However this also may be too low in which case we will need to contact you for additional payment. See Freight Shipping section.



International and USA Shipping:

 

  • We offer shipping to the United States on select products.
  • In-stock orders generally ship within 72 hours of the next business day.
  • Depending on the country of origin and value of the product there may be brokerage charges or duties from the shipping company. The customer is responsible for any additional fees incurred during transit.
  • If you would like to purchase products from our store but are outside of North America, please send an email to info@overlandoutfitters.ca and our sales team will reach out.

 

Freight Shipping:

 

  • For larger freight orders, please reach out to us for a custom shipping quote.
  • When reaching out please include: Your Name, Phone Number, Email, and Full mailing address. Please specify if the address is residential or commercial.
  • Generally freight shipments will be cheaper when sent to a commercial location that does not require a liftgate.
  • Another cheap alternative option is we can get it shipped to the nearest freight depot for pick up.

 

Shipping Delays:

 

We try our best to provide accurate shipping information and delivery, however please note that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays in the shipping process. If there is a sudden delay in transit it is best to contact the responsible shipping company (Canada Post, FedEx, etc.)

 

Shipping Damage:

 

Overland Outfitters and the Original parts Manufacturer are not responsible for damages incurred during transit. All products and boxes are inspected before they leave our facility. If your product(s) arrive and are damaged, you must file a claim with the responsible Shipping Company (Canada Post, FedEx, etc.)
